TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of products made through the website Lafrane.fr, operated by Lafrane Environnement (SAS, RCS Bobigny 911 353 860).
By placing an order on the website, the customer (consumer or professional) fully and unreservedly accepts these TCS.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Lafrane website, while they are online and subject to stock availability.
The customer is responsible for checking the conformity, quantity, and characteristics of the products before placing an order.
4. Orders
Orders are placed via the website according to the process provided.
Once the order is validated by the customer and payment is received, Lafrane issues an order confirmation.
The order is definitively accepted once payment has been approved by Lafrane.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), unless otherwise specified.
Delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery address.
Payment is made online (credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods).
Late payments may result in statutory interest and applicable penalties.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are indicative only; delays shall not entitle the customer to penalties or automatic cancellation, except where legally required.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the product is handed to the carrier or leaves the warehouse.
7. Retention of Title
Lafrane retains ownership of the products until full payment has been received, even if delivery has already taken place.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For consumers, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable consumer law, unless exceptions apply (e.g. custom-made products, services already performed, etc.).
9. Warranties & Liability
Products are covered by legal warranties, including the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects.
Lafrane shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.
Any claim relating to conformity or quality must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after receipt.
10. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, obligations may be suspended or adjusted depending on the circumstances beyond the control of the parties.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
RETURN POLICY
A. Scope
This return policy applies to orders placed on Lafrane.fr and concerns delivered physical products.
B. Return Period
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return (right of withdrawal), in accordance with applicable law.
C. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, manuals), unused and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defective product.
Returns must be предварly approved by Lafrane, which will provide return instructions (address, packaging guidelines, etc.).
D. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Lafrane will issue a refund of the product price (excluding initial shipping fees unless otherwise required) within a reasonable period, typically within 14 days after receipt.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
E. Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from return rights due to hygiene reasons, technical constraints, or custom-made specifications, as indicated prior to purchase.
F. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is damaged, defective, or non-compliant, the customer must notify Lafrane immediately upon receipt.
The product may be replaced or refunded after verification, according to Lafrane’s assessment.
G. Additional Costs
In the case of non-compliant returns (improper packaging, damaged goods), Lafrane reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct repair/restoration costs from the refund amount.
